Job Summary: 

The Software Engineer is skilled and experienced to be responsible for managing the development of the MS Dynamics AX 2009 ERP system, Enterprise Portal, E-commerce, integration and other platforms. In addition, will provide Business Intelligent data management and partner with 3rd party product and service providers in support of Giant applications and projects. Support internal users and external customers such as the sales team and bicycle retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Develop, implement new features and fix bugs for AX 2009.

·        Develop, implement new features and improve Enterprise Portal and E-commerce.

·        Develop and support interfaces and integrations between AX, related systems and third party software packages.

·        All technology aspects of system design, installation, development, and support.

·        Setup and manage Microsoft Dynamics AX user permission groups.

·        Create, maintain, update and troubleshoot OLAP cube(s); including the ETL script (using SQL), cube database, and cube structure. Create, maintain, and modify measures and dimensions.

·        Responsible for the management of Targit ANT Server and Targit Management Studio working in conjunction with OLAP cube(s); including user permission and role setup.

·        Analyze business requirements and convert these into technical specifications

·        Participate in defining system design and architecture.

·        Create user’s manual/reference guide and conduct training for internal users as required.

·        Other development or technical tasks as assigned.

 Qualifications:

·        Bachelor degree in computer science, software engineering or related field

·        3+ years in .NET/web development/APIs using C# experience

·        3+ years in MS SQL Server with T-SQL writing experience

·        Dynamic AX (2009 or 2012) development using X++ and ERP experience is a plus

·        Working knowledge of OLAP and Targit is a plus

·        Cloud experience (AWS) is a plus

·        Strong technical knowledge of software development

·        Extensive application support experience

·        Must be capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing, and handling a large project load in a fast-pace environment

·        Demonstrates a high degree of integrity, credibility and character

·        Must be detail-oriented and dedicated to accuracy

·        Self-motivated working ability with minimal supervision or direction

·        Must have a “can-do” attitude and is flexible to work outside of normal business hours

·        Full time exempt position

·        Position is based out of our corporate office in Newbury Park, CA. No remote opportunities.
