 CeramicSpeed is a leading high-end brand in the cycling industry. We have a strong brand and are continuously working to improve and strengthen our presence among cycling enthusiasts all over the world. Due to exceptional growth globally, we are now looking for a North American Territory Manager to reinforce our Colorado-based office and US sales team and manage our dealer network in the US and Canada.

The position

As North American Territory Manager we expect you to work independently within a team-based, diverse, fast-paced environment. You need to have the ability to balance closing sales with customer satisfaction and to explain technical jargon in common terms for end users and wholesale partners.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Manage USA sales rep network.
  • Collaborate with sales reps, marketing, and the product team to create sales programs, campaigns & events.
  • Collect market feedback and trends to create & develop plans to drive dealer growth.
  • Provide customer service & product expertise to sales reps and dealer network to drive sales.

We expect that up to 40% of your time is traveling including occasional weekend work at events.

The Americas office is a small team working independently with their own tasks while constantly coordinating and aligning with each other to make sure no synergies are lost, or no details overlooked.

To become a success in this position, it is important that you enjoy and manage work independently, pay attention to details, are open-minded and curious to seek out and collaborate to find solutions. At CeramicSpeed every detail matters, and you must therefore feel comfortable in a detailed-oriented environment.

Your background

We expect that you have some of the following experience and/or skills:

  • Sales and customer service experience and skills.
  • Strategic planning and negotiation skills.
  • Bike shop or bike mechanic experience.
  • Experience managing sales or channel relationships.
  • Experience managing a sales or customer service team.

Salary range for the position: $60,000 - $75,000/Yr. Benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance, 5 weeks PTO plus holidays and 401(k). Job starts after agreement.
