The Senior Full Stack Engineer will design, implement and maintain new features within an Agile development environment. This includes eCommerce execution and fulfillment, finance, internal operations management, and strategic partnership integrations. All aspects of systems development, design and deployment will be involved. 

A successful candidate absolutely must be a self starter who is capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.  The candidate must be able to succeed in a fast paced environment and capable of executing successfully end-to-end with projects. 


  • Design, write and test high quality code that supports new and existing applications with a focus on enhancing the customer experience and/or business growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with product management, other engineers and internal customers
  • Participate in Agile sprint planning and code reviews
  • Participate in the monitoring and triaging of internal and external applications


  • 7 years of related professional experience
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent relevant years of experience
  • Experience consuming and developing RESTful web services and APIs
  • Experience with Typescript, Node, React/React Native, SQL and/or Python
  • Excellent communication, and documentation skills targeting experienced technical, junior technical, and non-technical audiences
  • Bring a strong understanding of UI concepts including cross-browser compatibility, security principles, accessibility, and general web functions and standards
  • Value testing and are familiar with common modern automated testing tools
  • Value mentoring less experienced engineers by being open to their questions and sharing your knowledge
  • Have a mastery of Git and GitHub
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
  • Must be comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
  • Enthusiastic about the outdoor/cycling industry, the people it attracts, and all the gear!

  • Salary Range: $110-150k annually, depending on experience
