Norco Bicycles is a high-performance brand of choice for mountain bike enthusiasts around the world. Since 1964, Norco’s parent company, LTP Sports Group, has been a leading distributor of premium bicycles, parts and accessories.
This role will be tasked with bringing the same legendary customer service that we are known for throughout the cycling industry, to consumers. The role will be on the front lines, directly supporting our riders & consumers over a variety of channels.
Ecommerce Customer Service is one of the most important interactions our brands will have with customers, so it’s important for us to find people with positive, personable, and outgoing personalities that are willing to help customers, ensuring they come away with a positive experience with our brands.
