• Support: provide front line phone and email support, ensuring customers receive the best possible solutions to pre-sales questions and post-purchase technical needs.
• Supportive attitude with customers seeking solutions
• Strong bike mechanical/troubleshooting knowledge. Previous bicycle shop mechanic experience required.
• Strong computer skills
Full time salary position with benefits. Weekend work required.
