Brand Marketing Manager - Bell Powersports

The Brand Marketing Manager reports to the Marketing Director, and will strategize, manage and execute against select Powersports Brand Marketing initiatives and be a pivotal part of a fast-paced team. You will write strategies and briefs, collaborate with functional partners on building consumer journeys and marketing plans, execute online-to-offline including product marketing launches, brand marketing initiatives, event activations, ambassador relationships, and content creation – across Brand, digital, retail, experiential and partner touchpoints. In this role, you will partner closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, the E-comm team, the Creative team, and the Product team as well as other Marketing team members.

Essential Functions

   Use insights, research and consumer data to drive insight-driven Marketing plans and detailed multi-touchpoint consumer journeys

   Take a leadership role in creating strategies, writing briefs, planning campaigns and delivering optimal experiences for our customers, new and existing.

   Manage various aspects of marketing plan development, from start to finish, collaborating closely with multiple partners both internal and external

   Deliver flawless execution, innovative concepts and consistent brand messaging across every campaign.

   Put the consumer at the center of everything we do, creating consumer and product right campaigns to align with product and/or brand moments

   Demonstrate an attention to detail and creativity in strategy and planning.

   Monitor program results and develop qualitative and quantitative campaign post-reports

   Negotiate and manage vendor contracts where applicable, aligning to overall campaign level budget management

   Develop working relationships with internal partners, sales internal and external, ambassadors, community groups and some athletes

   Develop working relationships with other Marketing team members, collaborating and partnering where relevant

   Be a creative and innovative thinker, keep a pulse on the industry and actively work to create cutting edge campaigns

Skills and Experience

   Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (experience in lieu of degree is acceptable)

   4-6 years’ experience in Marketing roles

   Expertise in Microsoft applications; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote is a plus

   Highly organized individual, who is able to work with limited direction, and with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy

   Experience with creating Marketing strategies and leading plan execution is a must

   Experience in, and/or an interest in the Powersports or Action Sports industry is a plus

   Strong interpersonal and communication skills

   Proven track record of strategic Marketing planning, demonstrating innovative and thoughtful thinking, as well as detailed consumer-journeys

   Strong organizational and project management skills.

   Must be able to work with all levels of the organization and able to adapt to various work styles

   Some travel involved, less than 5-10%
